These Terms of Service govern your use of MinionAH.

By accessing or using MinionAH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use MinionAH.

Access and use of MinionAH

MinionAH is a free software, which means that it is provided at no cost to you.
We will do our best to ensure that this stays the case, but we reserve the right to change this at any time if we can't afford to keep it free.
Any such changes will be communicated to users.

If we do change this, MinionAH may become a freemium software, which means that some features will be locked behind a paywall.

The software is designed to be used by accessing it through a web browser.

The software is supported by any device that can run a modern web browser. We recommend using the latest version of your web browser or at least:

  • Google Chrome 110 (or any Chromium-based browser with the Chromium version 110)
  • Mozilla Firefox 122 (or any Gecko-based browser with the Gecko version 122)
  • Safari 16.4 (or any WebKit-based browser with the WebKit version 16.4)

When using MinionAH, you agree to:

  • Not use MinionAH in any way that may cause damage to the software or impair the performance, availability, or accessibility of the software.
  • Not use MinionAH in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  • Not share or distribute malicious clones of MinionAH.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with unauthorized users.
  • Ensure that you meet any age requirements for using Social Media Platforms and have parental consent if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

By using MinionAH, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use MinionAH.

User Feedback and Support

MinionAH welcomes user feedback and suggestions for improving MinionAH. You can provide feedback and report issues in one of the following ways:

Intellectual Property Rights

The software is owned by Gigi and is operated by the MinionAH team. Your use of the software does not grant you ownership of any content, code, data, or materials you may access on or through the software.

Code

MinionAH is a source-available project licensed under the MinionAH License v1.0 (MAHL-1.0). This means that you can view the source code and contribute to the project, but you cannot redistribute the software or any modifications you make to it.

Termination

MinionAH reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to MinionAH, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provisions of these Terms of Service.
